About Our Pastors

Pastors Gretchen and Dwight Anderson are co-pastors in our parish, serving both the churches and the community by extension. Ordained by the Evangelical Lutheran Church in America, they have a Masters in Divinity and have been trained in pastoral care counseling with special emphasis on crisis care, couple premarital counseling, and marital pastoral care counseling. They serve our regional partners as faith coaches for pastors and congregations in crisis.

They have four children and are a grandma and grandpa once over. Their approach in life and ministry is to live simply with transparency and accountability, and to be rooted in one place while reaching the world through the parish and community they serve. Humor, straight talk, bridge building, music, prayer, and love are at the heart of their pastoracy.
